Picked up two recently. The first I made the mistake of decanting. The second bottle was just opened and poured. This wine is fully mature with soft ripe well integrated tannins. Color is opaque ruby/purple. Nose is cedar, currant, minerals, plum, and a hint of cherry. Similar flavors on the palate. This went well with rack of lamb. Currant was the dominant taste, with cherry, plum and cedar in the background. Nice wine not overly complex, but well made and pleasent to have with food or to just quaff. Not a great QPR (I paid $32) as you can find similar wines for a lot les
