The French Laundry

I have dined there twice and both times were among the best meals I've ever had. The service was impecable, the ambiance was wonderful and the food was very, very good. That being said, I chose not to dine there the past few times I was in Napa because the prices have gotten out of hand and I don't want to spend a mortgage payment just to have dinner.

I agree with you Tom about the high cost of these "fine" restaurants. Would be nice to have the 'recreational cash' that people like Bill Gates has, but then again, who would want the headaches that come with that?
