This may help. If there are even two termites already in the corks, and of course that's a possibility, then by removing the wine you are defeating the purpose of the fumigation.
cbb: what you might do is unplug your units for the 24 hr that tenting takes. The volume of liquid in the bottles should be sufficient to keep the temperature reasonable. This will reduce (or eliminate) the units drawing external air into the cabinet. Then, tape around the doors. That should do it.
Ric: not sure it you were joking...but cork contains suberin which seems to discourage termites (and some other vermin). Suberin is actually a pretty decent repellent.
