my name is Kate. I take WSET classes and going to level 3 in October. Wondering if there are any wine tasting groups in Toronto.
If not - is there anyone in the same situation (preparing for blind tasting exams or just enjoying wine tasting), who would like to create a tasting group?

Toronto Vintners & Wine Tasters of Toronto. Both meet monthly Sep-Jun. One at Spadina Circle area, the other at Mel Lastman Sq. Both serve up a themed blind tasting.

honestly - pick a corkage friendly restaurant, set a reasonable date (not fri/sat with a few weeks notice) and post here. You'll be surprised how many people eek out of the woodwork to share a glass of wine. no need to overcomplicate it with planned pairings, or themed dinners - just get your toes wet. bring something you like theme.
Many years ago the 'offlines' thread was the first thing i checked when i got to the forum and for good reason. This could breathe some life back....
