There's a nice wine scene here in a Tampa, I organized a Brunello dinner at Capital Grille back in April. Had a very nice turnout. Could've accommodated a few more.
I've organized another wine event, this Thursday evening, June 29 at Seasons 52. Four course dinner including wine along with meeting winemaker Mitch Cosentino. All in $65/person. If there's any interest post here, I will respond quickly.

Seasons 52 event was great. Restaurant did an excellent job, wine was very enjoyable, winemaker Mitch Cosentino great company and all the attendees were fun to be with. My group was 17 strong. Will be doing many more of these. Looking for some more fun winos. Come join us.
Missed both of those. Was traveling Down Under for business most of June. Sorry I didn't see the Barolo BdM tasting. I'm a big Italian wine lover and most of my cellar is Italian.
