Stuffed Turkey Leg

Possibly. In my online searching, most recipes for roulades are with the turkey breast. The recipe I'm looking for is for the turkey thigh & leg. I'm probably going to have to create my own recipe but I thought it was worth a shot to see if anyone here was familiar with the recipe. I'm willing to buy the back issue the recipe is in I just need to know which issue to purchase. The archives for issues that far back don't list the entire contents of each issue.
