Apologies to Doug Z for sort-of stealing this topic, but what are your favourite stinky cheeses, and what are your favourite wines to drink with them?

I mentioned Stinking Bishop and Aussie stickies or tawny ports. Port and stilton are of course a great match (not sure that stilton counts as a "stinky" cheese though).

It's...ah...a bit runny...
Oh, I like it runny.
Well, it's very runny, actually, sir.
No, matter. Fetch hither the fromage de la Belle France! Mmmwah!
I...think it's a bit runnier than you'll like, sir.
I don't care how f*@{ing runny it is, hand it over with all speed.

Venezuelan Beaver Cheese, perhaps? Wink

Rats, if it's a bman thread he's bound to have mentioned Stinking Bishop already. Anybody notice it in 'The Curse of the Wererabbit'?

I noticed it, but I can't remember if Wensleydale got a mention in the latest episode of W&G. I thought the best reference was the name of the Green Grocer's store.
