NY people will probably be the few to answer this one. I had pork spiedies tonight. For those that dont know what I am talking about, its marinated meat on a skewer grilled then slapped on some bread and eaten like a hot dog. Easy enough. The marinade is very heavy with vinegar. I had a Dry Creek Zin with them. I'm not convinced that was the best choice. Whats your suggestions?

My wife's family is from NY; we had lamb and chicken spiedies two weekends ago. Beer, and lots of it, works best, imo.
