Of the members on your list, I think there are 4 which have not released their first Special Club bottling yet. They are:

Goulard
Mouzon-Leroux et Fils
Sanchez-Le Guedard
Pertois Moriset

There is a 5 year lag time between the time an estate becomes a member and when they can release their first Special Club.

2008 Gaston Chiquet Champagne Special Club Brut- 94 points.
2008 Moussé Fils Champagne Special Club Cuisles- 94 points.
2006 Marc Hébrart Champagne Premier Cru Special Club- 94 points.

I had dinner with the former importer of Launois wines in the Midwest in February and recall him telling me that Launois was leaving the Special Club for business reasons. I recently saw the 2008 Launois SC at K&L but haven't seen it for sale anywhere else. This could be the last SC they release.

In the interest of total truth, VM, what actually happened in New Orleans is that when I gazed into your eyes and whispered your sweet name, you swooned. I wasn't going to let you hit the sidewalk-- and I wanted to protect the bottle of wine you were holding-- so I put my arms around you to hold you up.

But if you want to recall that as a great hug, well... I'm there for ya, baby! Wink

I spent last week visiting producers in Champagne and one of them had also dropped out of the special club programme quite a number of years ago. I'm pretty sure it was Larmandier-Bernier. I thought their wines were superb, better than many of the current members of Special Club.
