Does anyone know where I can order a two bottle tasting package of California wine and ship internationally, specifically Ireland?

No, but I might be over there next June so if I do go, you'd have plenty of time to think about what you want, and I could most likely lug it in carry-on, provided they're normal 750ml sizes, and you're in the vicinity I'd be in (Roscommon and Limerick).
Alternatively, it also seems a few stores in London might have a decent selection of Cal cabs if you pop over there. Check the wine shop part of the site for 2 and check erobertparker or wineloverspage for more. Didn't notice any in Ireland on this site. These sites also have some mebers in Ireland who might be able to point you in the right direction, as opposed to spending a fortune shipping 2 bottles over.
Conversely, in my state in America, imports can't be bought directly from the winery and have to be funnelled thru a licenced importer
