Yes you can ship it. Use FedEx or UPS. There are no laws against shipping alcohol to friends. It's just wineries/retailers that are held to these laws.

Really? No laws? I've tried shipping wine at USPS, UPS, and FedEx. They have all turned me down, regardless of whether trying to ship as a broker or a regular guy.
Ship UPS and FedEx - never post office. Post office beats the $hit out of boxes too.

Using someone (office) who gets regular pick ups from UPS is best. Bringing it to your local "ups store" is more risky or at least is more of a hassle if they start asking you questions - especially when you/they hear that squeeking styrofoam sound in the box. Wink

Regular drivers on regular pick up stops just say hi, scan and toss it on the truck, with the rest of the boxes there. They don't even look at it. They're just trying to get through there route. I could probably ship 5 pounds of heroin ground today from my office and it would be in New Jersey tomorrow. Smile Kinda scary when I think about it. Eek
