Shhhhh.....hidden gem

For those of you who enjoyed the '01 Sebastiani AV CS as much as myself, I have just the recommendation for you.

Slightly more expensive and less to go around - 850 cases produced - the '01 Sebastiani Secolo is my latest find!

Decanting of 3-4 hours recommended. This wine has an attractive floral bouquet highlighting a vanilla bean fragrance. The midpalate is smooth and milk chocolatey. And the finish is satisfying - lasting for a good 15 seconds.

I highly recommend this wine. And applaud Sebastiani for another quality, well-priced '01 cab!
