Not necessarily, Lentini. 1955 was generally a better and longer-lived vintage than 1966, imo. That said, I've never had a Las Cases that I thought was improving more than 30 years after vintage date, though they hold well for quite a while. I look forward to your notes on it.
Had the Latour last year and it was spectacular. Very impressed with the '66 and I can see why you are seeking a wine from '66.

Still holding my Mouton, Lafite, and Cheval-Blanc, I'll pop one for Christmas I bet.

Just checked CT and realized I have a '66 Chateau de Malleret, no idea if this was any good, anyone?
