This was awhile ago, so I'm doing this from memory, but I think the color was a sort of golden amber. It smelled of dusty peaches. It tasted like peach jelly, with a touch of honey and maybe some orange, so ripe and so tasty! No acidity was noticeable, not that it mattered. I left it the fridge for a little over a week and it just got better and better, as to be expected. I got this from Costco for $18 for a half! I have another one tucked away that I don't plan on opening for a long while.
