If short ribs and rib chops / rib roasts are part of the equation than obviously beef. If we are talking about traditional bbq bone-based ribs, pork (baby back).

The greatest traditional cut of meat is the rib chop or rib roast. But choosing between beef, veal, and lamb on that is hard for me and too dependent on a variety of other factors.  (Although veal doesn’t work as well as a roast and lamb maybe isn’t *quite* as successful as a chop.)

LeBron to the Lakers!! Glad to see that he's going as far away as possible to Toronto!

Great last four years back in Cleveland.  Fulfilled his destiny by bringing a title back to Northeast Ohio. Will never forget the Cavs winning the Finals on Father's Day 2016, hugging and crying with my oldest son.  Amazing.

Hopefully he can assemble a team in LA that takes out the Warriors.

Reminder to self; do not go caving in Thailand in late June.  Or, just don't go caving.  Period.    Amazing work by the British divers and a true international effort in working this problem..  Hope they get these young people out safely.

Got to love the separation of Church and State:

"My desire in service to you has always been to bless you as you make important decisions for the American people. I believe you are serving as President today because of God's providence. I believe that same providence brought me into your service. I pray as I have served you that I have blessed you and enabled you to effectively lead the American people. Thank you again Mr. President for the honor of serving you and I wish you Godspeed in all that you put your hand to."

Was that the priest that Ryan tried to fire, or Pruitt?

Just Google Thailand soccer team. It's all over the place. Unfortunately, a Thai diver was killed yesterday while trying to deploy oxygen tanks along the proposed (5 hour) underwater escape route. Scary stuff.

so there were 4 sections along the cave with some very narrow crawl ways even when there was no water.  It's apparently a 2ish hour trek with climbing and crawling under non flooded conditions.  The kids were something like almost 1 mile deep within the caves complex

So the soccer team went down there because it was apparently a tradition for all the junior soccer teams to go deep into the caves and sign their names, they figured they'd have time before the monsoon season really started but there was a surprise storm and they ended up getting trapped.

It was near impossible to get there for divers to start with until they chipped away a few of the openings to fit divers and their tanks.  I believe in this instance the navy guy didn't get a clear indication of his oxygen levels left in his tank when he was coming back out.
