Sunnylea57 is awesome.

What a great turnout last night. steve8 said some people were still going after 1 AM when he finally logged out.

Thanks all - it was fun and nice to see/hear some folks I have not spoken to in a long time - anyway Stef was on screen the most while I was tending to a moping dog

Gman and I turned the lights out at 12:30 PST

I'm guessing PDT, but can't be sure without date stamps.

I always had high respect for the people who clean our house(s) - now I have more.

+1

I’m continuing to pay my cleaning person.  But she ain’t coming any time in the foreseeable future.

That is what we are doing as well. Paying her but she hasn’t been to our home for 2 weeks now.

I live with my cleaning lady and take good care of her on a daily, often hourly basis!

I'm doing Ok on TP but I got lucky on Amazon and found 24 rolls of a decent brand at precisely the right time.  Five minutes later it was sold out.

I bought it!!   Our stores still do not have TP!

I told my dear wife that if we ran out, it would be my intention to use her favourite towels instead.

She was highly motivated to successfully find more TP. It's all about incentives.

This reminds me of a favourite joke... which I don't think I can share here.

Does it involve a rabbit and a bear?

Champagne and a feather boa.

no shortages here.  I'll stop at a grocery store today to pick up some more charcoal for the grill. I sure don't want to run out of that.

Around major summer holidays, Lowe's and Home Depot have sales on 2-20lb bags for under $10 bucks. Wife always screams when I bring it home, but I've been using it, so I currently have only about 1/2 a pallet full.

Finally getting nice(ish) in Toronto.  Grabbed 3 20 lb bags on the weekend. And 30 rolls of TP.  All at Costco.  Nice little Sunday morning.

From the NY Times: "On March 30, the Republican id burst forth when President Trump said that the latest congressional stimulus bill 'had things — levels of voting that, if you ever agreed to it, you’d never have a Republican elected in this country again." Two days later, the Republican House speaker in Georgia, David Ralston, admitted that an expansion of absentee voting would be 'extremely devastating to Republicans and conservatives in Georgia.'”
