Could be...and no one thought Trump would win.  It’s just so easy to see the majority of the American people are not as extreme as these Democrats.  I’ve never been polled.  Don’t believe them.  All BS.

No doubt everyone including your Republican party spends tens of millions of dollars on polling because they are all BS.....  And the presidential polls actually got the numbers pretty much right - Hillary was a few points ahead in the national polls - the margin by which she won the popular vote.

And if you bothered to watch the short video via the first link, you'd have seen that it was the second in command to your Dear Leader, Mitch McConnell, saying that the Senate was now in danger of going to the Dems.  Nothing to do with polls.

I’ll agree Trump is unique.  Hill won the popular vote because of LA county CA (and CA in general) and NY.  No other reason.  And that’s why there is the electoral college.

I saw McConnell say that, don’t think it will happen.  I say Republicans retain house and Senate.

VOTE!

If there was any way for you to get me the bottle, I'd offer you a wager on the Dems taking the House.  I agree that your team will likely keep the Senate.

As for encouraging people to vote, be careful what you wish for.  All indications are that the 54% who disapprove of Trump are much more motivated to vote than the 40% who approve of him.  I don't think any party has gained House seats in a midterm in which the President is so unpopular.  Even your beloved Fox News sees it that way!

No comment on the Kavanaugh situation?  This is an embarrassment for an accomplished senator to pursue.  Laughable.

It was a bad attempt by the Dems to try and stop this sham of a confirmation, totally agree.

Oh btw, this week alone, your boy:

*fist pumped his way to a 9/11 memorial

*totally discounted almost 3,000 dead US CITIZENS in Puerto Rico

*falsely claimed the GDP growth was higher than Unemployment for first time in 100 years

*went over the 5,000 lies/misleading statements mark (verified) since he took over office.

*Continues to see his poll numbers drop

Someone that supports 45 doesn't get to make claims about other people being embarrassing

This must deeply hurt the co-conspirator pathological lying POS Trump ( and his ilk like Napa) a great deal. Manafort is a brave man per Trump. A man to be admired.

Trump calls Manafort brave and McCain not. Napa must be so very proud of bone spur Donnie.

... why did the White House and the presidents PR/ attorney feel compelled to comment on this news. After all, this has nothing to do with Trump or any of his inter-circle.

Bigly

Euphemism award of the year:...Trump is unique...  Kind of like calling Stalin a firm ruler.

I just love the comments from the WH that the Manafort pleas had nothing to do with dump's 2016 victory.   What a hilarious attempt at misdirection.  It's unfortunate that 30%+ of our  low information voting countrymen will hear this on Fox, take it to the bank and continue drinking their PBRs and farting into their 20 year old sofas.

The plea came in exchange for "lenient" sentencing, and unrestricted COOPERATION, meaning "he will have to meet with the special counsel's office when they want to speak with him about other criminal activities, turn over all documents relevant to the investigation, testify when needed and never lie to them.

I'm looking forward to hearing about the newly cooperative Manafort's contributions to the conversation.  Bigly.  Sleep well, dotard... sleep well.

So incredibly sad that this country elected Mr. Trump, and so sad that the alternative candidate was so weak in so many ways.

Irwin, no argument from me or from most IMO. That said, who ever dreamed our fake president could have been such a train wreck? Not only did the orange dump lose the popular vote by the largest number, ever, he has told America and the world over 5000 documented lies in less than two years. Fact!

Can you imagine if Hillary or heaven forbid Obama had GUILTY  pleas to felonies by their foreign policy adviser, political consultant, campaign chairman, National Security Adviser, long term personal attorney and with still 30 active indictments. Couple all this with the orange dump directing the Justice Department to go after his political enemies, telling the world on TV he fired the FBI director because he was investigating Russia interference and pulling security clearances just because someone doesn’t kiss his very fat ass.

Care to guess who gets indicted this coming week? Clearly, more to come. The orange dump has turned out to be nothing more than a swamp rat.

Robert De Niro was right!

What happens next Friday?

Mueller has shown a propensity to release indictments, pleas and updates on Fridays.  I view it as a nice needle by Mueller to let Putin's Bitch dwell on the news over weekend, stewing and ranting about the methodical progress that's being made.

Funny, i recall a certain GOP candidate who talked about a certain 47% who pay no taxes.

Top 10 states with the most non payers. (Not in top 10 order) New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas, Lousiana, Missouri, Alabama, Georgia, South Carollina, Florida and Idaho.

Since we're suppose to be in america, I judge folks who can actually pay their taxes =D

Interesting post, G-Man.  How many of those 10 states with the most non-tax payers voted for the current occupant of the W.House?  How many of the Republican voters went that way because they liked the Republican candidate's proposals to cut taxes?

alas, such analysis requires much more information then  is covered by the IRS and potentially inaccurate polls makes finding such link even more difficult.

The only (fun) link that one can draw is simply to make a light hearted gesture of states who swung for Trump and states who have the largest percentage of folks who don't pay taxes.

Well...Higher educational attainment is increasingly associated with Democratic Party affiliation and leaning. And, besides this information from the Pew Research Center you can easily find other valid sources for this well-accepted fact.

And, is this, "Keep judging your deplorables!" supposed to be a sentence? The poor grammar makes it hard for me to understand what you're trying to say.

Perhaps he finds it offensive for someone to cast aspersions on people who, even after almost 2 years of astonishingly poor behavior and performance, continue to support the orange menace.  I do judge them.  Every day.  Anyone who can still say that he's good for our country is either ignorant, or intellectually dishonest.

Great answer

The Kavanaugh accuser wants Kavanaugh to testify first.  Can anyone see this for the sham that it is.  What a joke...I hope the Republicans have some resolve and dont allow them to dictate terms.

If you have an accusation...come forward and say it.  Then allow the judge to defend himself and his honor.

How do any of you vote Democrat.  They are embarrassing.    The first reply to the last statement will be  “and Trump isn’t”.

Can someone let the FBI investigate Keith Ellison”s accuser.  Happy to see him go down!

Economic numbers great today...winning is feeling good.

Not sure you'll feel like a winner after November 6, never mind when Trump's tax returns and his other embarrassing secrets are  made public and he falls even lower in the polls as more people see him for what he is.

And I have never voted Democrat and never will. Of course, I'm Canadian.....
