The speech [rally] in Montana was even worse

Napa on what grounds is that comment credible, please explain. Or are you just trolling by saying the most indefensible thing possible?

HYPOCRITE!
My guess is that the op-ed writer is Dan Coats. He seems to be one of the more grounded, credible senior people there. In other words, more likely to be appalled by Trump. And as Intell Director would likely be privy to a wider range of people and info than most others.

Has to be trolling, no sane person would say it with sincerity.
This week we received confirmation that one of the first acts our lying co-conspirator president did was to have the official photographs of his failed inauguration altered. At 9:30AM on his first full day in office this was what was on his sick mind.
He then had his press secretary follow up on his request. Lying, cover up, alternative facts all started from day one. With now over 4200 confirmed lies and counting, internal chaos within his own administration, indictments, guilty pleas and numerous felony convictions within his own circle, the pathological lying co-conspirator president makes House of Cards look believable.
I was going to say, a speech that includes asking college kids to get in touch with caring parents, telling the youth to get involved with their country, vote so their voice is heard is considered unpresidential?
But eh I'm done having a "discussion" with someone who is clearly so jaded that theynsimply ignore the world around them and just parrot Russian propaganda.

I quit trying to have logical discussions with this guy months ago. For anyone to question Obama's "presidential-ness" in the context of a discussion regarding trump is just flat out laughable. And not funny at all.

Just back to "civilization," after a wonderful week at the shore. I tried to be as unplugged as possible, and based on this week's news, I'm glad I tried.
At some point, we all get numb to the idiocy coming from the WH and DC. A week mostly removed from it allowed me, with fresh eyes, to realize that a dumpster fire we have going on in DC . Shame on trump, his WH supporters and the effete members of Congress who continue to countenance this idiocy.

Congress is a bunch of chickens. Afraid of their jobs and the largess that they enjoy. hate to go back to the real world and work for a living. That is both houses, both sides of the aisle. Put in term limits and we will see that they can change as they won't have another election to worry about
So now we know that the crowd behind Trump at his campaign rallies are completely staged. The people are instructed to cheer, clap, wear his hat and agree with trump, regardless.
During the staged Montana rally, three were removed for not agreeing and cheering what the madman was saying, all caught on camera and confirmed in an interview.
Robert De Niro was right!

Apparently, she was ill, is 79, has no assets, lots of debt, including debt to the IRS, and she has established a "go fund me" page to try to get back on her feet, monetarily speaking.
I don't understand why she can't just get a loan from Thurston Howell, III.
I saw that too. She apparently had some bad medical issues and other expenses that ate up most of her money. When you are 79, it's kind of difficult to make more, unless you are Stan Lee.
I hope she will be OK. Mary Ann was the quintessential cute "girl next door" on GI.
I'm not sure what kind of medical insurance is available to actors. I would assume there is something associated with SAG?
I read a biography of Terry-Thomas, who died of Parkinson's disease in 1990. When first diagnosed in 1971, he had a villa in Spain and a personal net worth of about $6 million. A lot of money in those days. But long before the time he died, his net worth plunged to zero due to medical bills. From Wikipedia: "...shortly before his death, he was living in poverty, existing on charity from the Actors' Benevolent Fund. A charity gala was held in his honour, which raised sufficient funds for him to live his remaining time in a nursing home."
Really sad; he was one of my favorite actors.

The rallies from 1930>1945 in Europe were also staged
By the way. Guess: bank-shot George Conway wrote it on his wife’s behalf.
If I’m right I will be very proud.

That is actually a rather brilliant guess! Though i'd say more likely he drew from his wife's suppertime comments rather than writing it on her behalf. What better way to throw suspicion elsewhere than to claim to be on staff but not be on staff?

HYPOCRITE!
It’s not hypocritical at all. Why can they not be mutually exclusive? Past Presidents just don’t outwardly give a speech and trash current the current President!
And Obama blamed Bush for the economy his entire 8 years for the most part. Claimed this is the new norm (1% growth) and then took credit for the current economy...Dick! So glad he is gone! And that Hill did not get her coronation.
For you W&A...no need to extrapolate this to the current Pres...those comments just stand on their own.

Napa , the point you are missing is that Trump has blown up all the previous rules, especially when it comes to political decorum. Had Trump not been so rude, belligerent, lying 5-10 times a day, and worst of all, threatening American democracy, security and economy, no doubt Obama would have stayed silent about him. But given those threats, how could any responsible person not speak up and do whatever they can to ensure that the Dems at least take over the House, if not the Senate too, and so are able to block Trump's worst excesses?
The hair man has distanced the US from all of our partners [economics, political, and military] alliances. Bowed down to countries that want to bury us like Russia & NK. He thinks these leaders are great as they control the minds and wills of the population, even though they starve and kill the population on a whim.
We are no longer looked up to as our prior friends state that they cannot trust us any more. The hair man has unilaterely negated treaties on environment, Iran, and others.
Cannot believe that you can't see that through your rose colored glasses.

Next you'll be saying the WH isn't a "smooth running machine" or that GDP would not have dropped by 4% if Trump hadn't won!

you made me think in that last statement,
was it one of those not not? like a double negative?
But we could talk about GDP, i'm going to go on a limb and say it might not have hit 4% if it werent for a few extraordinary circumstances.

Just because the VP offered to take a lie detector test to prove he wasn't the author of the Op-Ed piece, doesn't mean the WH isn't running smoothly....

They want to bring a lie-detector machine into the WH? The thing would explode upon entry.

Agree that it was a mistake and should not have been raised. But on a scale of 1-100, it warrants a 3, while Trump's idiocy is off the chart many times over. And he's the President.

No doubt everyone including your Republican party spends tens of millions of dollars on polling because they are all BS..... And the presidential polls actually got the numbers pretty much right - Hillary was a few points ahead in the national polls - the margin by which she won the popular vote.
And if you bothered to watch the short video via the first link, you'd have seen that it was the second in command to your Dear Leader, Mitch McConnell, saying that the Senate was now in danger of going to the Dems. Nothing to do with polls.
