Yep.

As a two time foreman for two capital murder cases, I lost confidence in our system.

Next time we drink together, I will share a story with you. My experience literally shook me to my core. I and two others on the last jury still meet once a year.

Look forward to it.  Hopefully soon!

re: juries   I hear you.  Even the comments from the woman who broke the news were scary. Not sure what the solution is, though.

I would want a judge only for any business related trail.

If it was a jury trail, your case better be presented in a very dumbed down way.

Haha. I just heard Napa’s fool say that if ( should have said when) he is impeached everyone will be very poor.

He clearly is talking to Napa and his ilk.

Happy to take my chances.

Yep... we were all “ Very Poor” before this pathological and clinically ill pumpkin took office.

As I said, he is only talking to his tribe and other racist.

De Niro was right!

There are a lot of pathological liars in Washington but I think the one you're referring to doesn't spend anywhere close to 75% of his time in Washington, more like 75% of his time on or near his branded golf courses.

Clearly a lot of habitual liars, but not sure pathological.

The latest count I saw Trump has spent one of every four days away from D.C. at a great cost to Americans and great profits to Trump.

According to Politifact, at the same times in their presidencies, Obama had played 37 times.  Current WH resident, 56.

The girls and I are getting the band back together, finally! However, mind you, our new band name is Vineyard Skynard, cleverly, if I do say so myself!  Our songs will include such wine themed song names parodied from you know who:

Three Sips
T for Tokaji
Gimme Back my Beaujolais
Sweet Rhone in Alabama
and my own, personal, expertly arranged take on Double Trouble, "Double Dees"
More to come!

I trust you get my drift and the clever, light hearted nature of the band, absolutely! I will be "rocking" the vocals, bass and tambourine, expertly! If and when you are in the Sonoma area you can expect to see us "rocking" happy hour at live venues, absolutely! Stop by and say "Hi!!

Cheers!

One must think that all this corroborating evidence recently does not bode well for Trump’s kids and son-in-law. Trump will explode when his kids are pulled into his swamp, officially.

And there's more!  Keep in mind that officers of the trump organization are named in the  Cohen pleas, and if not already among them we still know that Allen Weisselberg (its CFO) is currently under subpoena.  Elliott Broidy and the abortion payoff looms.  Skanky Stormy and her upcoming lawsuit which may involve having the orange-utan deposed, the current emoluments lawsuit by Maryland and DC and many other unresolved sordid affairs loom over JUST djt. More adventures await his family.  The winning is out of control, I tell you!

He has now paid 147 visits to any golf course as President.

At the end of his vacation, Trump had spent 147 days of his presidency at a golf course, bumping up how many times Donald Trump has been on a golf course to cover at least some portion of a day for 25.5 percent of his presidency. Trump is said to have played golf mostly in the mornings before spending so-called "executive time" to do what he pleases, including relaxing, the business of the country, tweeting and other things.

We’re all assuming that was Trump’s affair, right?

But the Evangelical Right has become so die-hard Trump, I wonder how much it would matter.

I'm thinking better than 50-50 on the abortion.

Don't care about the base.  They're immune to facts and logic.  Kind of like the holdout juror in the Manafort trial.  No use wasting breath on them at this point.

Every little nail in the coffin that brings another sane Republican, anti-HC or apathetic 2016 voter out to the polls is a win.  More little nails coming.  I hope the fat prick feels every one of them.  Bigly.

Did the passing of Ed King prompt this post, or was it just coincidence?

In Florida there has been a surge in under 25 year olds registered to vote.  The Dem party has lost a % or so and the Rep gained a % or so.  The Non Declared have gained a lot.  This should bode well to get the trumpetes out of office.

The director of content for the Inquirer  has also been given immunity to testify in the payoff case.

I hope they bag all the males in the orange mans family, including his dink SIL [getting loans from China while in office].

I love flipping!!  The feds are doing a great job.

True, and George was a Trump supporter early on. He figured out the conman quickly, though.

I guess if James Carville and Mary Matalin can have a successful marriage, anything is possible.

In other breaking news, American patriot, hero and man of integrity has decided to lay down his sword. Godspeed, Mr. John McCain. Thank you for your lifetime of service to a country you truly loved.

I have admired Senator McCain for years for many reasons.  Of course, his patriotism and sacrifice for our country.  His decency when he took the microphone away from a woman at a campaign rally to correct her statement that President Obama was a Muslim will never be forgotten.  Instead of trying to win at all costs, he wanted to win for the right reasons.  His bonehead pick for Vice-President may have cost him the presidency.
