Had the glazed pork belly with apple puree, very tasty. Service was very attentive, very much enjoyed the special dessery of the day, the butter toffee, essentially two types of heavy cream with bits of toffee throughout.
Was speaking with the server who recommended the house red wine, apparently made by dominus, only to find out they were out. Went with a Radio Coteau pinot which went well with the meal.
