Recommendation: Food and Wine Paring Book(s)

Best book I have run into so far is Perfect Pairings by Evan Goldstein. He breaks it down by grape and different styles of making wine with that grape. Then he takes those different styles and pairs it with a different recipe. Also gives recommendations as to wines that fit that style and different price ranges.

Good resources above, klymkev. And remember, the perfect pairing often involves drinking the same wine that is an ingredient in the dish. Hard to go wrong there!

Great suggestion. Also, go to winery websites they have food pairing guides and recipes for each varietal. You can print the ones that you like and put them in a binder and make your own book!

KK - I think Andrea Immer Robinson has a book on the topic. I own her Great Wine made Simple (or some such title) book and it's great, Im sure this one would be a good start.
