Slow cooked B-B-Q ribs. Put the oven on 300 degrees. Rinse the ribs in cold water and pat dry. Sprinkle with creloe seasoning or your own spice mixture and put in a coverd dish that has about 1-2 cups of water. Add a couple of bay leaves to the water as well as sage leaves. Cook covered for 2hrs and 45 minutes. Then, uncover and baste with a mixture of half Kraft Smokey BBQ sause and half Kraft Honey BBQ sauce for another r15 minutes or so until the sauce sticks to the ribs Serve with a big Zin like Gnarley Head Zinfander. Hope this helps.
