Vinagrette
3 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 Shallot, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

- Combine lemon juice and shallot, let stand for 10 minutes
- Drizzle in Olive Oil, stirring constantly

Asaparagus
- Coat w/Olive Oil, salt + pepper to taste
- Grill for 6-8 minutes or until desired tenderness
- Add Vinagrette over asparagus
- Peel shavings of Prosciutto and add to or wrap around if jumbo asparagus
