I've started to make my own pasta and soon want to creating ravioli. The pureed fillings like pumpkin or butternut squash seem straight-forward. Do you have any ideas of other fillings? Thanks in advance.
BTW DD- There's nothing like homemade pasta. I like making my own linguini. But for ravioli, if you want to save a little time and aggravation, wonton skins work well. You can find them in the refrigerated area of the produce section of any big supermarket, next to the tofu.
