The hell with it.

I don't think Robert Taylor ever answered the multiple questions related to allowing forumites to start polls. Roll Eyes

I imagine it's that the powers that be don't trust us troglodites to come up with an interesting subject on our own.

Of forumites that I haven't offlined with, I'd like to have a drink with Seaquam.

He seems friendly, he's witty and he drinks good stuff. Good enough for me? Whaddabout you? Cool

How insulting - even bloody Australia gets a look in, albeit an afterthought slightly after "all over". The bunch of us hiding in that Fourth World sub-region called 'Europe' are not even worthy of that.

I call upon all of the European Alliance to make themseleves known and only vote for other Europeans.

Stevie Cage, Ronnie Roots, Lady Roots, marc, Gastronauta, Phylloxera, tsunami, Markus Randall, NewDutchDrinker (Roel van Gestel), Kicker... even Jan Luthman... come out and be heard.

Sorry BirDungy but you are Canadian and you know it.

That was Wine Kamikaze. He's still around.

My first pick would be DavidN again, in his amazing cellar.

Restricting it to forumites I haven't met yet would be much harder.
I'd like to meet [almost] all of you.
Reflecting on this a little more I have offlined with 166 forum members that I can recall in the past 3-1/2 years (close to 250 including significant others) and I must say not only would I be honored to share wine and break bread with any of them once again and would also be equally honored to share wine and break bread with any other I haven't met as of yet. Now, having said all of that, I'd be truly excited to have the opportunity to offline with the members outside of the U.S. and Canada, especially the European, Australian and Asian members. I'm betting that would be a special treat. Cool
Dudes -

This thread was intended to have posters make a difficult choice and to take a stand on a forumite they would like to hoist a glass with. It was not meant as a vehicle for mushy, mamby panby, love filled gobbledygook about former and future offlines, international relations and Board-O/Bella Donna/GreenDrazi cage matches!

Frikkin' Texans..... Roll Eyes Wink Razz

Alright pissy boy...I'll pick KillerB. But you know that leaves out tsunami, Markus Randall, TORB, Jeremy, etc... Fortunately whether I go across the pond to the right or left I'll likely be fortunate enough to meet all of them. Cool
