I think it is lacking in alliterative verse and Dróttkvætt prose. Perhaps someone can contribute examples in this regard.

That's asking alot, Eric! MM has settled himself into a very deep groove in PITP. It may require divine intervention to encourage the Messy-One back into the other threads. But I would like to see that as well.
