My daughter-in-law's parents who live in the New York City area sent us a Christmas gift basket from Mike's Deli on Arthur Street in the Bronx. Lot's of good stuff. There was a package of real small pasta (almost as small as couscous) called Piombini. Anyone hear of this and what to use it for? No information on the package. Her parents are Italian, but had never heard of it. Also did a Google search without any luck. I haven't contaced Mike's. Thanks for any help.

We sent them an Iowa raised smoked turkey.

Thanks. I'll give it a try in a soup recipe that would seem to work with these very, very, small bits of pasta. Probably in some type of chicken soup recipe.
