Paley's Place and Dusky Goose Pinot Noir

Two recipes from Paley's Place in Northwest Portland that pair with under the radar Pinot Noir from Dusky Goose. First is an herb stuffed rack of lamb, the second is Braised Beef Brisket. I've tried them both and they are excellent. Vitaly Paley was the 2005 James Beard winner for Best Chef in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.
