I'm looking for ideas of fruits and cheeses that pair well with simple, NV brut sparking wine such as Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut. Thanks!

Cheese: Goat, brie, domestic camembert,pretty much any mild artisanal cheese. Explorateur would be a nice choice. If you could get a french semi ripe brie made from non-pasturized milk that would be awesome.
Fruit: Anything but citrus. Pears, red seedless grapes, and berries would be at the top of my list.

Cheeses made with goat, sheep, cows milk can be very expensive, More money per pound than a $12 bottle of St Michelle, I'd pour a nicer sparkler. 
Mpls, the Ste. Michelle is not so much to my budget as it is that my chosen guests will like the cheese more than the wine!
