You're welcome. BTW, I use chicken stock instead of water in my paella Valenciana. May as well add more flavour in the process.
I have a bunch of crab, shrimp and lobster shells in my freezer. I intend to make a bunch of shell stock once my new range is online and I plan on using that for my first paella on the new range.
