Got his where ? 1979 is my birth year and I saw some on Wine-Searcher (WineBid actually...never bought there yet)

Yep, I snagged a few of these & some others from Winebid. I've never had an issue with them.

Ever tasted this particular Pinot ?

Ahh, and what number were you in the queue? Fun bottle to try for $99
6 x 2012 Anderson's Conn Valley Vineyards Right Bank

One of my favorite domestic wines, and one of my favorite right bank blends. Great special going on at the winery today at $42/bottle for a case.

I have medium-high hope for this one, but we'll see when I'll open it ! Thankfully, all the bottles from this sale have the return warranty if corked since it's sold by the SAQ...

Steve, for the money, the Tournon Mathilda is a great QPR.

The 2011 was, so I expect the 12 to be also. It was just released here.
Mixed case of 2012 Dry Creek Zins from Wilson, Mazzocco, Pezzi King and Ridge. Also picked up a few bottles of Calluna cabs/blends during a visit to the vineyards.
Getting more while the getting's good:

4 x 2001 La Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904
2 x 2010 Tenuta delle Terre Nere Etna Prephylloxera La Vigna di Don Peppino

beauty.
2 x 2010 FELSINA RANCIA CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA BERARDENGA
12 x 2012 Pride Cabernet
12 x 2012 Anderson's Conn Valley Right Bank
12 X 2011 Breggo Savoy Vineyard Pinot

Just showed up at my door. Ordered on close out while at their soon to be shuttered Anderson Valley tasting room in August. They are rebranding as FEL and consolidating operations into Cliff Lede in Napa. Need to clear out all the Breggo. Release price $65/btl or $780/case. Close out? $250/case. Steal of the year
First price increase since the 2005 vintage and the increase was only 2 dollars a bottle. By far one of the best buys in Napa.
