Had a few glasses at the local shop. Very nice stuff, and I'll be back for more.

Outstanding quality at this price point. I guess I'll add L'Ermita to the bucket list now. Smile

The next step is the Dofi, then on to L'Ermita.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll be on the lookout for the Dofi. If the Les Terrasses VV is considered a third wine from this producer, I'm impressed. This is an uncommon level of quality in this price range, for sure.

Third, indeed.

As of late:
2007 Robert Mondavi Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
2010 Stefania Nueva Casa de los Padres
2012 Bedrock Wine Co. Mourvedre Ode to Lulu Rosé
NV Marc Hébrart Champagne Sélection Brut Premier Cru
2006 Stefania Cabernet Sauvignon Santa Cruz Mountains

Liked the Stefania & Hebrart the best at 91 points. Disappointed by the Bedrock, but I think this has happened before with their rose. I may not purchase that again in the future.

Thank you for Davec & Mrs for hosting this offline. Hope to see both of you and Rick in near future.

Very cool lineup! Any standouts?

Shane, all wines showed well that night.
However my favorite were 04 Levy and 00 Montrose.
The Montrose was still such a baby and it's built for the long haul.
The Levy was smooth and had long finish (40sec +). Very nice fruit.

The Diamond creek was a little cloudy, but it didn't taste tired at all. Other than the color, this wine was in the good place.

I did not see this. Too many posts in "what are you drinking this month" to keep up. I thought the Levy was WOTN. I was hoping the Realm would be, since I have more, but it was still quite good. Thanks Wineplease for sharing the Levy.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon from Robert Mondavi Winery Napa Valley is a wine-growing region in California.
Stefania Nueva Casa de los Padres in 2010
Mourvedre, Bedrock Wine Co., 2012 Lulu Rosé NV (Ode to Lulu) Champagne Sélection Brut Premier Cru Marc Hébrart
2006 Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon Stefania

With 91 points, the Stefania & Hebrart were the favourites. Bedrock has disappointed me, but I believe this has occurred previously with their rose. I'm not sure I'll buy it again in the future.

You know how greedy I am with my spare time on Friday nights and Sunday mornings. With a few exceptions, that time is set aside for my wife and family.

During the week, I much prefer off-line dining, as do the best eateries in town. Wink

You would have appreciated our time together last night, Jorge and brother. A buddy spent the day cooking the supper, which consisted of dishes made from animals he had slaughtered with his crossbow.

On Friday nights and Sunday mornings, you know how greedy I am with my free time. That time is reserved for my wife and family, with a few exceptions.

During the week, I, like the top restaurants in town, prefer off-line eating. Wink

Jorge and brother, you would have cherished our time together last night. A friend spent the day preparing the meal, which included dishes cooked using animals he had killed with his crossbow.
