Needed a couple of hours to open up, but was worth the wait.

2006 Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc - this didn't really do it for me
2007 Sojourn Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain District - very good showing
2007 B.R. Cohn Cabernet Sauvignon Silver Label North Coast - not as good as previous bottles

I think I wished my pocket book would allow me to drink more nice Champagne as I really like it a lot.

Also enjoyed a NV Krug over the weekend. Went out with a few friends for my wifes' birthday.

The 98 Krug was very acidic and tight to start but opened up a little over the course of drinking it. I wish I had more experience to say more but this was very crisp and clean but painfully young I think.
