The color is light red almost like a thin Pinot Noir. The aroma shows citrus like fruit and is herbaceous like a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. There also seems to be a hint of black fruit if that is possible for the two to coexist in one wine. Quite honestly, this wine taste like a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with a bit more fruit and sweetness. The citrus does not show on the palate as much as the berry/black fruit flavors. The body is light and very easy to drink. Has some Riesling-like characteristics also.
My first Rose, somewhat difficult to evaluate. As the temperature raised from 58f into the 60s it evolved nicely, Still SB like.
