The Rattle n Hum on 39th (and 8th Ave) has around 40 beers on tap plus your typical pub grub menu (which I have not tried). Website says they close at 4 am. You may want to confirm if they also serve their dinner menu after 11. Sometimes the kitchens close before the bar does.

Here's a list that I found at Thrillist: https://www.thrillist.com/eat/...pen-til-2am-or-later

Edit:
Adding Katz Deli in the lower eastside is open until 2:45 am.
Late night bites:

Blue Ribbon Brasserie (SoHo)
Spotted Pig (West Village)
L'Express (Grammercy)
Pardon My French (East Village)
Bunch of Korean BBQ places (Korean Town)
Great New York Noodle Town (Chinatown)
Crif Dogs (East Village) plus you can hit PDT
Meatball Shop (LES)

Plus tons of other places in East Village area.

Perfect. Thanks PD2K. Great list.

How is PDT? We always try to go to Raine's Law Room when in NYC. Similar?

Every time I've been to PDT, I've left disappointed. Cocktails just weren't that special, staff wasn't very friendly, etc. I much prefer Employees Only.

PDT I like but it's not on my top list anymore. My favorite cocktail places are Death & Co and The Dead Rabbit (upstairs).

Also Attaboy, Raines Law Room, Dear Irving, Pouring Ribbons, Employees Only, and Mayahuel are great.

What about good roof top bars that aren't populated with a bunch of 20 something year olds and EDM?

Now get off my lawn!

The Press Lounge - the rooftop bar at Ink48 Hotel. Much less rowdy crowd. Probably the best views of NYC IMHO. Plus the restaurant there called Print is very good and does corkage. I think that would be up your alley.
