I have never attended the NY WE but have attended the Grand Tour in '04 and '05 and those events were worth the price. I do have tickets to the WE for Oct. 20. Looking forward to it.
I am looking forward to attending again this year and would highly recommend that you try it at least once.
What is the experience like?
Is it a mob scene or can you actually taste and talk to the winery people.
For 100 bucks an hour, I don't relish the thought of jousting for tastes or standing in endless lines.
