NV Pascal Delerablee Brut

I'd never heard of this producer before - I think it's a grower/boutique producer.

Quite a unique and distinctive nose of grapefruit and white pepper. OK, that's not nailing it quite, but those are common descriptors for Gruner Veltliner, and that's what this smelled like, only it was a Champagne. This led into a tangy, citrusy, lipsmacking palate. Definitely emphasizes tangy fruit over dough & cream. 90 pts.
