2017 Disgorgement.
I've been quite attracted to Quebec Ciders. They're delicately balanced much like the great lighter grape based sparklers you find from France and Italy (think sparkling moscato). 8.5% alcohol, a lovely and freshing note of apples (surprise!?) but what carries this is the lovely granny apple tartness that carries the bubbles to a lovely jolly rancher finish. Refreshing, yet complex, something that I'd absolutely require in the sparkling moscatos i drink from italy, this quebecian cidre has more finesse, better balance and less of a sugar hangover for those who may suffer from too much sugar in their diet.
