They do, you just aren’t invited. 
I’m guessing most groups simply e-mail each other rather than post about events here. Vino Me and Allred are part of a locals group but I haven’t seen them on the forums in quite a while. The last few get-togethers have been communicated privately.

We really enjoyed our offline with you guys last year but doubt we will be back any time soon. Sooooo many places to see now that we are retired.

Bman- DoubleD is trying to put together an offline for March 7th just in case you happen to be in town that weekend. I think we could all bring Cali cabs again that you can't get in your neck of the woods.

If we spend more than a few days in Florida next winter, a road trip to Tampa is on the agenda.
Is Treasure Island still a place people go for beaches etc.? We went there when I was a kid, probably before you were born!

I guess it depends on the type of beach you'd enjoy. Pretty commercial there now. If I hit a beach in that area, much prefer the southern tip of St. Pete Beach (Pass-a-grille) or Ft. Desoto St. Park. Otherwise, much prefer Ana Maria Island or the Sarasota beaches. The Beach Bistro on Ana Maria Island is one of the best restaurants in the state of Florida IMO.

Last time I did anything resembling an offline was meeting up with Snipes at Angele in Napa for lunch! That was 4 years ago? Haven't found a group in AZ.
Hey Jar Head buddy. We have our next Offline here planned for Memorial Day Weekend at my house. Come out, bring some wine and I'll give you a place to stay!
i havent been to an offline in over a year it seems =(
Went to one in late September doing South American wines. We’re doing a Big Cab night in January, with a Spanish night planned in March.
We prepare the appropriate 4-5 course meals to pair with the wines.
