because crawfish season coincides with spring time in NY

I'll bring some Launois. For the crawfish, and one for DoubleD.
g-man - depending on when, I'll be in town. Have to put the house on the market, host open house days, etc.
And I love crawfish but don't think I've ever had any in NYC all the years I lived there. I had no idea the East River had crawfish. But in case you can't get any, let's just BBQ something else!

i ordered 30 lbs from this one place that's coming in next week for a friends party
it's supposedly live and overnighted.
if it's good then yea we can have some east river crawfish!
could probably arrange to swing down for this type of festivity!
