Having company on Sunday while trimming the tree. Need good casserole or something that is pretty much a full meal in itself that won't require much watching. Any good stuff? No legumes.

I have made this several times. It has potatoes in it too but it is greasy when it comes out of the oven. I just spoon out the grease or use a napkin to absorb some of it. It is very good.quote:Originally posted by mitchie:
