I have made this several times. It has potatoes in it too but it is greasy when it comes out of the oven. I just spoon out the grease or use a napkin to absorb some of it. It is very good.

We are making a macaroni and cheese casserole tonight for dinner...we used fontina, a little bit of parmesean, and gruyere.

I'm a big fan of Cassoulet. I wait for it to get cold every winter to make this dish. It just isn't the same when it's warm out.

Cassoulet is Cassoulet, whether its hot or cold. I remember I had one once and it was 90F in the shade. Excellent with a glass of rich Cab and a side of fries.

Tiramisu with maple syrup... mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. And some scotch as well, I'm in ecstasy.
