My turn...

Contemplating a trip to Nashville in February for a Convention. This is an annual event that I've been unable to attend for a few years but my previous jaunts have included visits to (and I don't know if they're still in business) The Prime Cut, The Stockyards, and of course Ruths Chris.

Are these places still open, are there newer, better places for steak (and wine), and where does one go in Nashville to stock up on wine?
I've been in Nashville for a few months now. Wild Boar is great if you want to go for an expensive 'fixed price' meal, I think its something like $135 per person with wine, but certainly worth it if that's up your alley. Ruth's Chris is there as usual, and if you are 50 years or older you may want to check out Nick and Rudy's, which is like a time warp to a 1950s steak house. I am also in love with Bound'ry, (not a steakhouse), which is a more pan-asian/eclectic restaurant with a nice beer list and great little dishes.
