Watched it last night. Exceedingly average.
Lesbian Vampire Killers
Started off well...

Let's see. At school, the seniors just watched "V for Vendetta" and the freshmen are giggling at "West Side Story".
At home - "Megamind".

Goldfinger.
I wonder how Pussy Galore is doing these days?
A classic, although if I had to rank my favourite James Bond movies I'd place Thunderball and The Spy Who Loved Me ahead of it...
The King's Speech
Going to watch The Adjustment Bureau on Thursday.

How was this? It's in my queue, but haven't heard of many people that have seen it.

I found it a bit long. Suprise ending.
It wouldn't be at the top of my 'must see' list, but interesting choice when you looking for something new.
Skyline
What a dumpster fire this movie was. The exec who gave this a green light should be locked in a cage and have monkeys throw feces at him for a year.

OSS-117: Lost in Rio

In Bruges last night. Really like this movie and it always makes me regret not spending more time in this beautiful city.

LOVE this city on a sunny warm day.

I've been on a binge lately:
King's Speech
The Fighter
127 Hours
Sanctum
The Fighter was my favorite.

Nice!
Long flight home today.
True Grit - Enjoyed it very much. I hope the young actress got some love during the Awards season. I thought she made the movie.
Black Swan - I had to fight from turning it off twice. The last 20 minutes were pretty good. All in all not my kind of movie.
Chronicals of Narnia - Prince Caspian: The reviewers panned this when it came out so badly that I didn't bother to see it even though I really enjoyed the first two installments. Decent movie and worth watching.
Short films:
Something on special forces in the ancient world.
Wine show on wines of the Veneto region.
Yeah it was a very long flight.

I'm surprised Pete Gent is still alive.
I would have lost that bet.
The Adjustment Bureau
Well made and entertaining.

Iron Man 2. Definitely entertaining and what you would expect, but definitely not as good as the first.

Why surprised? His lifestyle didn't look like a blueprint to longevity, to you?
Over the last week or so, I've watched:
Cyrus -- Interesting characters but a tad slow. Overall though I liked it.
Ghost Town -- A bit formuliac (aren't all romantic comedies), but some very funny dialogue and scenes take it above the norm.
Flawless -- movie with Demi Moore and Michael Caine about a London diamond heist in the 1960s. Movie had a couple of interesting twists; but, though I enjoyed it overall, probably not a movie I'd recommend.

Three and Out - Very good.
Red - Meh, ok.
Anyone see the Che films with Del Toro?? An hour long each I think?

Saw this last night. Interesting, I'll give it that. But confusing as hell. At least they went for something other than the standard formulaic movies.
Also saw Megamind. Better than I thought it would be.
Battle: Los Angeles.
Yeah, I saw it. Good too, if a mashup between Black Hawk Down and War of the Worlds is your thing.

Jackass 3. A literary masterpiece.

Are you sure? I don't recall any lines as classic as from the first movie, like "I got an ember in my cornhole".
Saw Cemetery Junction last night.
Expecting nothing, it turned out to be brilliant.

I watched the Fab Five documentary last night (I know...even a Spartan was intrigued by it!). Pretty interesting, but it certainly had a big hole by not having Webber involved.
Megamind (with the youngin'. Also enjoyed, overall)
