Thirteen Days - Really enjoyed this movie, in spite of Kevin Costner. Not that he was all that bad but a slew of other actors out-shined him significantly. I thought that Bruce Greenwood did a particularly excellent portrayal of JFK.

For some reason, your post made me think of the enduring photo the great Henri Cartier-Bresson took of Bobby.

Seeing as I'm pretty much light years behind you in regards to both wine and art, I had to use Google to find the photo you were referring to. I mean, I know of Cartier-Bresson but was not familiar with much of his work. I spent a bit of time online admiring the extraordinary talents of this man. Superb!

Both the movie and, especially now, the photo of Bobby Kennedy that you mentioned, reminded me on Dion's lovely song "Abraham, Martin & John." This live version - even though it features a much older Dion DiMucci (who must have been near his 60's around the time of this performance) - still gives me the chills...

Superb indeed, and glad you enjoyed your googling Duck. Smile
"Death at a Funeral!"

Raw humor at its best! The comedic actions of Chris Rock and Martin Lawrence were well-paced and hilarious, but the Danny Glover scene with Tracy Morgan (Cop Out) was hysterical, in an uncomfortable sort of way. Zoe Saldana is hotter than a microwave, James Marsden was extra special, Luke Wilson was subdued, and the thief who stole every scene he was in was -----Peter Dinklage! ***

I've got to consider this surprising...from the previews this appears it could be the worst movie ever.

dannyk8232,

"Death at a Funeral-2010" was better than "Hot Tub Time Machine", and even got two thumbs up and ***1/2 stars from Roger Ebert, of the Chicago Sun-Times!

Give it a shot, you might enjoy it! Cool

Finally watched American Psycho. Pretty troubled character. Not sure I would like the book. Well done by Bale though.

Not sure how old you are Primordealsoup, but if you lived through the Yuppie 80's, you'd see this for the black comedy it is. It's probably in my top 25 list.
Catch Bale in The Machinist.
