Les Miserable
Worst movie of the decade. Singing [if you can call it that] sucked. Acting sucked.

Why do they persist making a musical out a a serious book? There was an old movie from the 70's that was all acting. wish I could get it.

paid $ 6.00 for On-Demand, and wish I could get the $$$ back.

Food, Inc. -- very depressing. Not much I hadn't seen or knew before, but still depressing.

Depressing, yes. But also important. IMO, anybody interested in food should see this at least once.

I would also recommend what I think is a more interesting movie King Corn.

I don't think there is necessarily a problem with that. I do think that the musical itself is pretty good--perhaps the movie version is not as good.

I've seen King Corn also.

Yes, VinT, I agree.

I want to see the remake of Evil Dead. Anyone else?

What I loved about the original was the camp and ridiculousness. The new one looks meant to be taken more seriously. (Although still, come on...)

Anyway, not certain I'm interested in the 'more serious' take on it. My powers of future-telling predict this as a somewhat reluctant Redbox rental in about a year.
