The Directors cut, in my opinion, is better. They don't have the crappy voice over and the ending is darker (i.e., more bleak). The only downside is that it is slightly less ambiguous about Deckard (is he or isn't he?)

What did you think?

I have had zero interest in watching.

It was a movie that Y wanted to see.
It was better then I expected but I would not see you enjoying this one.

Thanks for the confirmation. Smile

FWIW: I think this is a good movie and worth seeing for the pop culture aspect. But I agree with KCS02 that it probably isn't in your sweet spot.

Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon
Mindless entertainment.

For an infinitely better movie, and basically what Hunger Games stole from, check out Battle Royale. Was banned in the US, but I don't think that was the case in Canada, and can still be found rather easily in the US via eBay and other online retailers.

Or The Running Man which does not have the youth element but she also ripped that off

LOTR trilogy.

Still awesome.

Hopefully you watched the Director's Cut. I think it adds depth (or more depth, since you are already talking about almost 15 hours of movie watching).

Actually... I prefer Fellowship in the theatrical release; Return of the King I am mixed on, but I much prefer the director's cut of The Two Towers. As it stands, I only made it through Fellowship last night...
