I bought a couple of bottles of 1990 J.C. Pichot Vouvray Moelleux Domaine Le Peu de la Moriette and have no idea what to pair them with (or how to pronounce the name, but that is another topic altogether). Nor do I have any idea what to expect from them tastewise. I normally wouldn't purchase a wine without some basic understanding of what it was (especially a white wine), but my curiosity could not pass up a 97 point wine @ $30 per bottle.

Any suggestions?

A fruit tart (such as pear) will pair nicely with this. Alternately, some mild cheese and nuts should do well. This is a fine bottle of wine, but lacks the richness to pair with dishes such as Foie Gras.
