It's basically "Miami Restaurant Month(s)". Tons of local restaurants do a $35 price fixe menu during the 2 hot months to lure some bodies. There are also Miami Spice hotel packages to help entice you outta-towners.
Tip: Pascal's has free corkage on Monday nights, so you can score one heck of a meal for 2 under $100 out the door (not to mention, Pascal's is arguably the best contemporary French restaurant in South Florida).
