Mi Sueno has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Here is a link to a write up from the Star-Ledger from 6 months ago. The steaks here are phenomenal. Here is their website where you can check out the whole menu.

As a precursor - I have absolutely no financial interest in this place nor am I related to the owner...

My wife and I had another great meal here tonight. We started with the tuna carpaccio and the shrimp mofango. Main courses were filet (for the wife) and skirt steak (for me). I paired the appetizers with a 2006 Pride Mountain Top chardonnay. While I generally dislike chard, this was nice and complimented both appies very nicely.

The 02 cab was delish. We paired this with a wood-grilled skirt steak and a mushroom demi filet. Although it "felt" like a young wine, tannins were not pronounced which gave it a very balanced feel. This one can go for at least a few years more.
