Meatballs was Bill Murray's best film.

I don't have my recipes handy, but putting in a fair bit of stale Italian bread that's been soaked in chicken stock (or even water) and then torn into small chunks is what will make the meatballs light. Some people like them dense like hockey pucks, but I like mine light with a lot of oregano and garlic for flavour.
